Use License

App Store Terms

Your use of Captionify is also governed by the Apple App Store Terms of Service. This license is:

  • Non-transferable
  • Valid only on Apple devices you own or control
  • Subject to Apple's Usage Rules

Permitted Use

You may use Captionify to:

  • Generate captions for media files you own or have rights to
  • Edit and export generated captions
  • Use the app for both personal and commercial projects
  • Create content for any platform or medium

Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
  • Use the application for any illegal purpose
  • Transfer your license to another party
  • Use the application in a way that could damage or overburden our systems

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

  • Update the application with new features or bug fixes
  • Modify or discontinue any feature without notice
  • Change these terms of service at any time

Disclaimer

Captionify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy in caption generation
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Compatibility with all media formats

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Captionify be liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Personal injury or property damage

Subscription and Billing

  • Captionify is available as a one-time purchase
  • No recurring subscription is required
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law
  • Pricing is in USD and may vary by region

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Captionify without prior notice for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Any other reason we deem necessary
